Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At RentOra, we strive to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. However, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled rental date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled rental date will be eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled rental date are non-refundable.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Store credits are processed immediately.
